Jill Pallazola, 200 - YTT

Jill is a 200-hr certified yoga teacher offering warm, accessible, breath-centered classes that blend mindful movement with strength and ease. Her classes are welcoming for all levels and are focused on helping students feel good in their bodies.

Stacey Stone, 200 - YTT

Through her own practice, Stacey discovered that yoga offered more than physical strength- it became a way to slow down, be present, and trust herself while navigating life’s challenges. After completing her 200-hr yoga teacher training, she now enjoys sharing that experience with others. Her classes blend strength, mindful movement, and breath, offering options for a variety of experience levels.
